Elevate, Energise, Unify with Noakes Nickolas

The Noakes Nickolas vision has always been about building an environment that can grow. As a brand, Director and Auctioneer Simon Noakes tell us they knew from the start they wanted to create something unique and special. Since late 2021, Noakes Nickolas made an impact on the real estate scene.

With a fresh look, Simon says that the marketing was really well received in the market. It made an impact showcasing the Noakes Nickolas difference as a digital and social focused agency. This began with the brand and their ethos and philosophy driving their values – Elevate, Energise, Unify.

Elevation has been seen across the board but the visuals played a key piece to the puzzle. Simon, and wife Jordan who drove the branding, set key standards from the start with the visuals of the brand to ensure that everything created always looked beautiful. It wasn’t necessarily about standing out but being elegant.

Simon tell us, “we did a lot of research around premium brands that we felt aligned with what we were trying to communicate and the entire consumer experience. We decided that we wanted a premium brand that had warmth and connection with the community and wasn’t just targeted to a luxury, specific consumer.”

A key to elevating the brand and refining the look was ultimately realising that less is more. In contrast to a lot of real estate branding, there is a lack of white space with large imagery, big words and large pieces of information. “We wanted to go the complete opposite, which was small, elegant, understated, but would stand out in contrast. Every piece of marketing material has to be an extension of the brand and enhance the core brand, so in short, the quality, the look and feel, all has to have that Noakes Nickolas essence.”

From this elevated brand, they’ve been able to recruit and create growth in their business, both personally and professionally. This has brought energy to the business, energising the team for collaboration. Simon says they’re all here, working together as a team every day. Simon’s focus is that the staff of Noakes Nickolas work in an environment that leads to better lives for their staff, which then flows on and betters the community. Simon emphasises that they are trying to create the best possible life for our staff and their families.

By having this level of energy in the business, creates a unified brand. Simon says, “we approach everything in a very unified way, which means that whether it’s the way that we want the business direction to go, how to market a property, everything is in collaboration with our staff and clients. By working together you get the best results.”  

Next year, Noakes Nickolas have some exciting plans for growth and are looking to further enhance their marketing and continue to focus on providing the best possible environment for our staff to thrive.
